ACTIVIDADES PRÁCTICAS

Simulación de casos.

En cada sesión se combinará 40% metodología 60% actividades prácticas. Los participantes organizados en grupos simularan casos reales con el objeto de plantear soluciones creativas en base a los conceptos y prácticas aprendidas.

Videos de sensibilización

Se presentarán algunos videos cortos relacionados a la gestión del talento, como instrumentos de sensibilización.

Análisis reflexivo

Los participantes organizados en grupos analizaran situaciones reales, proponiendo soluciones para cada caso.

SEGUIMIENTO POST-TALLER
